The Jones Foundation is a private foundation established in 1974 to assist eligible families with their portion for medical care provided to persons under the age of 21 who have resided for one year continuously immediately prior to application in Coffey, Lyon and Osage Counties, Kansas .

We also provide assistance with post-secondary education to individuals, regardless of age, who have resided for one year continuously immediately prior to application in Coffey, Lyon or Osage County.
